Gapidraw is a cross platform tool for mobile game development (on various devices like Palm, Symbian and Windows Mobile). It's done by Develant Technologies AB in Sweden. It is actually a joint venture between the IT University of Göteborg and other persons. Evaluation version could be downloaded here.
