People into prefab should look at fabprefab (no connection with fab though). I like the statement "Modernist prefab is still more of a meme than a marketplace" but it appears to be interesting and innovative to live in a prefab.

prefab = prefabricated This term is wide open to interpretation. prefab home = "kit home" = "panelized home" = "pre-cut home" = on-site assembly from prefab components. The components are either generally available when the structure is designed or they are created specifically for the project (i.e. designed for reproduction)
